The University of Washington E-1 parking lot is where Seattle to Portland (STP) begins. Before the halfway point in Centralia at Centralia College, there are four mini-stops during the second fifty kilometers. To keep cyclists moving forward, each halt provides supplies and mechanical assistance. Participants in the two-day option spend the first two days of the event at Snohomish County Hotels in Centralia.

Lexington is a popular food stop and there are five mini-stops inside the third fifty miles from Centralia. There are just two mini-stops and a large lunch stop before the last ascent to the finish line in the last fifty miles, which is the least challenging portion of the trip. This race segment concludes with a finish line celebration at Holladay Park after crossing St. John's Bridge. To celebrate your great ride, there are a variety of eateries close to Seattle To Portland Bicycle Race.
