WTC Mega Fat Paw grips may be the world’s fattest silicone foam grips for your MTB

The world’s thickest silicone grips. Depending on your grip preferences, that may sound awful, or like the best thing ever! If you have large hands, or just prefer the feel of a fat grip, then you’re more likely to be in the second camp. Wolf Tooth Components already offered a relatively bulbous grip with their Fat Paw and Fat Paw Cam, but the Mega Fat Paw and Mega Fat Paw crank things up a notch. Measuring 11.5mm thick, the installed diameter is a massive 40mm.

Like all silicone grips, these will offer some give of course, and the proprietary dual density foam from WTC will make the grip conform to your hand even more. The grips are said to relieve pressure spots and hand numbness from too much pressure on the ulnar nerve.

Adding to their Cam line, the Mega Fat Paw Cam grips use the same cylindrical shape but with two flat faces to create a more ergonomic shape. Since the shape reduces the circumference a bit, you can squeeze in more padding under your palms, while keeping finger wrap to keep your grip.
